Entry: How Could I? Wednesday, June 30, 2004

How could I have ditched my blog for such a long time?. I actually feel guilty. Becky talks about how amazing blogging (is that a real verb?) is, and here I am practically forgetting that I was actually at once an avid blogger (is that a real noun?)
Anyways, here I am, and now that summer has arrived I will no longer have an excuse not to write. Darn- but good at the same time.  The past few months have been filled with school, Dan, TGI Fridays up the wazoo, and fun lovin' life. Graduation was great- the singing was clutch in my book, ever since I went to Rachel's graduations in 2000, I had wanted to sing when it was my turn to take the stage...and that we did :) So much fun!
And yeah, the day after graduation, why all the parties then. I mean I know family is in town, but it was impossible to get to all of them. I made it to half and felt somewhat impressive, but my props go out to those who made it to even more than I did. I figured having mine in early August would be a good idea so that eVeRyOnE and there mother would be able to come. So far- no clashes with any other parties that day. And if so, let's just say you can speak to my dog-that just might eat you.
I'm getting so pumped about this weekend. I'm going down to my cottage, and to my uncle's cottage down on keuka to visit and celebrate all the summer birthdays with all of my mom's side of the family. We go waterskiing and tubing, and the works, and it's tons of fun. Hopefully we'll get lots and lots of "back to back sunshine!
Originally I had to work and would miss it, but thanks to slow summer shifts, and people needing more to pay their bills, someone picked my sat. night shift up! woohoo. I'm bringing the puerto rican, which should be a good time, because becky's beau is coming from Virginia, and they've never met before. :)
OMG i'm so excited about Sillickfest. Yeah that's right, you're eyes aren't buggin, you read it , SILLICKFEST. My family is so cool that we have our own like holiday and we actually have shirts (oldschool, and new). You just wish your family was as cool.... :)
I'm vowing to try Becky's Yoga ball. Yeah yeah yeah, she's been like a freakin infomercial for the thing lately. It's actually kinda scary, but I'll admit, you can see the difference in her abs. Haha, hopefully I can keep my balance on the thing.
Well, thats all for now I guess. I need to go do something productive.....until tomorrow...and yes, hold me to my word, Much Love!
